Speak at SRF

The stage is yours!

Your voice. Your session. Your stage.

SRF isn’t just a conference you attend — it’s also built by those who show up and share what they know.

If you have an idea, story, or strategy that connects church–state separation to the fight for justice and democracy,

we want to hear from you.

The Call for Proposals is how we build a program that reflects the world we’re working toward —

one rooted in inclusion, collaboration, and action.

What we’re looking for 🎯

BEFORE submitting a proposal, please read through our Guidelines for Proposals for complete details and guidance including our topic areas and session structure. Whether your idea is a panel, training, or storytelling space, we’re looking for sessions that teach, inspire, and move people to action.

SRF sessions explore the big questions at the heart of today’s fight for freedom and democracy. We’re looking for proposals that connect church–state separation to the issues people are living and organizing around — from resisting Christian nationalism to protecting inclusive education, bodily autonomy, and equal rights for all.

Whether your idea is a panel, training, or storytelling space, we’re looking for sessions that teach, inspire, and move people to action.

Who can submit 🙌

  • Anyone can submit. Really.

You don’t have to be a professional advocate or public speaker. We welcome proposals from anyone: grassroots organizers; students, parents & educators; faith & secular leaders; legal & policy experts; and scholars, artists, and community members alike.

We want your proposal because SRF is stronger when more voices are heard:

  • Share your work with attendees from across the country
  • Spark conversations that lead to real collaboration
  • Equip others with new skills, language, and inspiration to act

Your session can shift perspectives, strengthen connections, and expand what freedom looks like for everyone.

See you in May 2027!
